Mark 1 Prototype: The original design using an old credit card with slots and blue tack to secure the microphone and right earpiece. Still working after many hundreds of hours testing….
Cold Weather Testing: Loyalty card with headset secured using elastic bands and blue tack (-10 degs Celsius and still functioning well).
Moulded holder: Sugru mouldable glue used to form a convenient holder for the right earpiece and microphone (empty) - not very pretty but functional :-)
